Once upon a time
there were two children, peter and Mary. Their father was a woodcutter, while
their mother had died many years ago. So the children were living with their
father and a stepmother who was a bad woman and didn’t love the children.
One day, they
went into the forest to get some wood. But the two children got tired and they
fell asleep. After many hours, they woke up and wanted to go home but they
could not find the road. Suddenly, an old lady appeared and took the children
to her house. But the old lady was a bad witch who wanted to eat the two
children. So, she put Peter in a cage and locked Mary in the house. The
children were afraid and terrified. Fortunately, when the witch went towards
the fireplace, Mary pushed her into the fire! So, the witch died and Mary unlocked
the door and they went back home. When the woodcutter saw the two children, he
was veeeery happy!!!
